As passionate and dedicated artistic professionals we educate our diverse and versatile guest in proper hair care management until their next visit. We only use product collections and lines exclusive to professionals.

Guest Referral Rewards/Special – Honors and Discounts

Market research has shown that word of mouth is the best advertisement for this industry, we value our guest and welcome their referrals, in return we offer loyalty rewards, special honors and discounts. The Loyal Client Referral requires the guest to bring me 3, you get one free – on select service. (Chemical and Color services are excluded). The listed savings are good through November 27, 2013.

      ·     Monday is Unity in Uniform - $10.00 savings with proper ID on $60.00+ services for Law            Enforcement, Military, Fire/EMT, Hospital/Medical, METRO employees.

      ·     Teacher Tuesday - $10.00 savings to all educators (from child care providers to uniiversity              professors and students with proper ID) on $60.00+ services.

      ·     Every Wednesday is Workout Wednesday - $10.00 savings on relaxers or color services (you            must present a current gym or recreation center membership card prior to services rendered).

Cash and Electronic Payments are Accepted,for your convenience we accept Master Card & Visa Debit and Credit Cards. We do not accept personal checks - No exceptions.

Children in the Salon

Our waiting area is cozy, and can only accommodate a few people at a time...yes, we do love all little ones however, children not being serviced are not allowed in the salon at anytime. It is appreciated that you make your necessary arrangements and for your cooperation and understanding.

Consultations                                                                   Consultations are complimentary (FREE) and are designed to improve our overall service and your salon experience. The consultation is a 10-20 minute conversation with a stylist to determine your hair care needs, desired results, length of time for service and pricing. It is also a time for you to review photos of various styling possibilities.

There are "NO SATURDAY" consultations due to the high volume of scheduled clients being serviced.

Lost or Forgotten Items                                                              The Opal Essence is not responsible for items lost,forgotten or stolen during your appointment with us. We ask that clients keep up with their personal belongings; in cases of forgotten items, we will keep the items for 2 weeks, and if not claimed, the items will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Note: To best insure the safety of all and to maintain our peaceful and tranquil environment The Opal Essence Hair Artistry & Design reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
